Support Women Sundays: 10% of sales goes toward fighting abortion bans!

If you’ve ever visited our Furnish Green showroom, you know we’re a small eclectic team of furniture fans. We’re passionate about many things and always happy to discuss the history and design of every piece that comes through our doors. We’re also passionate about supporting essential fundamental rights for all people. Bodily autonomy is one of those essential rights, and it is currently under attack in a growing number of states.

Abortion access and reproductive choice are imperative, and they impact us all. The rights of cisgender women, transgender men, and non-binary individuals are in peril. Access affects not only the lives of these people but also their partners, friends, family, coworkers, neighbors, and their entire community. Every individual should have the right to the choices made regarding their own body, as inalienable as their rights to freedom of speech and religion. Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness cannot exist without bodily autonomy.

The National Network of Abortion Funds is a coordinated system of around seventy organizations throughout the country. These organizations work locally to provide financial, logistical, and emotional support for people who have abortions. In response to recent political attacks on reproductive choice in Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, and Ohio, The NNAF established a central donation page for the specific local funds in these seven states at bit.ly/payforabortions.
