A piece of journalism history! When you hear someone in an old movie say “this story just came in over the wire”… this is it! The Associated Press used teletypes (or teleprinters) to send breaking updates into newsrooms across the country. The Model 15 was in continuous production from 1930 to the 60s. This particular unit is probably from the 1950s-60s. Motor turns on, but has not been tested further for function/condition. Disclaimer: This piece is not currently available to view in store. It is for sale online only, and by appointment at our NJ warehouse. Once purchased, it will be transported to our Manhattan store for pick-up or delivery. All sales are FINAL.
